Yukon Nominee Program
YNP PROGRAMS
The Yukon Nominee Program (YNP) selects foreign workers with the skills, experience and training demanded by Yukon’s local labour market. The selected workers are then nominated for permanent residence in Canada so that they can settle and work in Yukon.
YUKON EXPRESS ENTRY
To be eligible, you must be a skilled worker with a valid Express Entry profile. You must also have a valid work permit from an eligible Yukon employer and the willingness to live and work in Yukon permanently.
SKILLED WORKER
You must have a valid job offer from an eligible Yukon employer, and your occupation must be classified as National Occupation Classification (NOC) Skill Type 0 or Skill Level A or B.
CRITICAL WORKER
You must have a valid job offer from an eligible Yukon employer. The offer must be for a semi-skilled or unskilled occupation that is in high demand in the province.
BUSINESS NOMINEE
If you have proven business skills and willingness to own and operate businesses in Yukon, you are eligible. You will also have to invest in your business based in Yukon.
