This category is aligned to the federal Express Entry. To be eligible, you must be a skilled worker with an active profile in the Express Entry pool. You must also have a job offer from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer and intend to reside in the province permanently.
SKILLED WORKER CATEGORY
To be eligible, you need to have a valid job offer from an eligible Newfoundland and Labrador employer. Otherwise, you must be working in the province on a valid work permit.
INTERNATIONAL GRADUATE CATEGORY
In this category, you can apply for a provincial nomination if you are a recent graduate with a post-graduate work permit. You must also have a job or a valid job offer from an eligible Newfoundland and Labrador employer.
