British Columbia Invites Entrepreneurs Through Two BC PNP Pathways in Latest Draw

British Columbia has conducted a new Entrepreneur Immigration (EI) draw, inviting candidates seeking permanent residence opportunities through provincial pathways. Candidates planning to establish new businesses or acquire and expand existing businesses in the province were invited through the 30 June 2026 draw.

The invitations were issued through the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) under both the Entrepreneur Immigration Base Stream and the Regional Stream. The Base Stream had a minimum score of 118 points and issued 14 invitations, and the Regional Stream had a minimum score of 113 points and issued fewer than five invitations.

The Base Stream allows entrepreneurs to start or purchase businesses anywhere in British Columbia. The Regional Stream allows entrepreneurs to establish new businesses outside the Metro Vancouver Regional District and requires community support. Both pathways require business experience, investment, and the ability to contribute to the province’s economic growth.

In 2026 so far, 12 Entrepreneur Immigration draws have been held in British Columbia, and this was the seventh entrepreneur-focused draw of 2026.
