793 candidates have been invited by Manitoba to apply for provincial nomination through its 10th September Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) draw. The largest group consisted of 508 Manitoba graduates and spouses of Manitoba graduates, selected under the post-secondary study category with a minimum EOI score of 825.
The province also issued 233 invitations to healthcare workers, 11 to French-speaking candidates, and 41 to skilled workers selected through strategic recruitment initiatives. Candidates who receive a Letter of Advice to Apply (LAA) have 60 days to submit their complete nomination application.
Of the 793 invitations issued, 272 went to candidates with valid Express Entry profiles. Successful provincial nominees may later apply for permanent residence federally and could potentially qualify for a bridging open work permit after submitting their PR application.
