Manitoba has invited 600 candidates working in trades and transportation occupations to apply for provincial nomination. The August 27th draw issued invitations through the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP).
In total, Manitoba issued 741 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) in the latest selection. Along with the 600 trades and transportation candidates, the province invited 62 candidates in selected healthcare and transportation occupations, 21 French-speaking candidates, and 58 strategically recruited candidates.
Successful nominees can receive provincial support for work permits and may later qualify for a bridging open work permit after submitting their permanent residence application. Invited candidates have 60 days to submit a complete MPNP application.
