Saskatchewan Announces 550 PR Pathway Spots for September 2026

Saskatchewan has announced 550 spaces for its September 2026 intake, giving eligible workers in capped sectors another opportunity to pursue permanent residence through the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). The intake will take place on September 14 and 15 and will be the final intake this year for these sectors.

The available spaces are divided among retail and other services (175), trucking (150), accommodation (50), and food services (175). Employers must submit an Employer Position Assessment (EPA) during the designated intake period.

The program generally targets workers whose current work permits have six months or less remaining. Saskatchewan has allocated 1,190 nomination spaces to capped sectors in 2026, reflecting the province’s effort to manage immigration according to labour-market needs.
