Canada Invites 511 Provincial Nominee Candidates in Latest Express Entry Draw

511 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) have been issued by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The Express Entry draw, which took place on July 20, 2026 required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 744. Candidates must have also created their Express Entry profile before 6:11:36 p.m. UTC on May 26, 2026.

Candidates who are selected through the Provincial Nominee Program receive an additional 600 CRS points. It improves their possibility of receiving an invitation for Canadian permanent residence. PNP-specific draws, hence, typically have higher CRS cut-off scores than other Express Entry rounds.

Provincial nominations remain one of the strongest pathways for eligible candidates seeking permanent residence through the Express Entry system. Prospective candidates are advised to maintain an updated Express Entry profile and monitor Provincial Nominee Program opportunities to improve their chances in future draws as Canada continues its targeted immigration selection strategy.
