Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 562 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence through the Express Entry Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). For the August 31st draw, candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 697 to receive an invitation.
They also had to create their Express Entry profile before 4:32 a.m UTC on April 12, 2026.
The latest draw recorded the lowest PNP CRS cut-off of 2026, falling 63 points below the previous PNP draw, which had a cut-off of 760. This was the 17th PNP draw of 2026, bringing the total number of PNP invitations issued this year to 7,961.
