The Northwest Territories Nominee Program (NTNP) has invited 105 foreign workers to apply for territorial nomination toward Canadian permanent residence. The 25th September 2026, draw issued invitations through the Employer-Driven Stream, with 58 candidates selected under Entry Level/Semi-Skilled, 26 through NWT Express Entry, and 21 Skilled Workers. Candidates had Expression of Interest scores ranging from 317 to 492. Of those invited, 96 were working in Yellowknife and eight outside the capital.
The latest draw considered 197 profiles and was the final scheduled NTNP draw for 2026. Overall, the program invited 353 candidates through the Employer-Driven Stream this year. The next draw is expected in early 2027, with the exact date to be announced later.
