Canada issued 752 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) for permanent residence through the Express Entry system. The 13th October 2026 draw targeted candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP). According to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), candidates needed a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 772 to receive an invitation.
Candidates were also required to have submitted their Express Entry profiles before 1:57:33 p.m. UTC on July 15, 2026, under the draw’s tie-breaking rule.
This was Canada’s 60th Express Entry selection round of 2026. A provincial nomination adds 600 CRS points. The points increase a candidate’s chance of receiving an invitation. Eligible candidates should keep their profiles updated and monitor upcoming draws for further opportunities to obtain Canadian permanent residence.
